Even though I am Not black I still feel that we must reconize how importantBlack people are they are NO diffrent from me and you!&lt;br /&gt;Martin Luther King's&lt;br /&gt;"I have a Dream" Speech&lt;br /&gt;Five score years ago, a great American, in whose symbolic shadow we stand signed the Emancipation Proclamation. This momentous decree came as a great beacon light of hope to millions of Negro slaves who had been seared in the flames of withering injustice. It came as a joyous daybreak to end the long night of captivity. But one hundred years later, we must face the tragic fact that the Negro is still not free.&lt;br /&gt;One hundred years later, the life of the Negro is still sadly crippled by the manacles of segregation and the chains of discrimination. One hundred years later, the Negro lives on a lonely island of poverty in the midst of a vast ocean of material prosperity. One hundred years later, the Negro is still languishing in the corners of American society and finds himself an exile in his own land.&lt;br /&gt;So we have come here today to dramatize an appalling condition. In a sense we have come to our nation's capital to cash a check. When the architects of our republic wrote the magnificent words of the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence, they were signing a promissory note to which every American was to fall heir.&lt;br /&gt;This note was a promise that all men would be guaranteed the inalienable rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. It is obvious today that America has defaulted on this promissory note insofar as her citizens of color are concerned. Instead of honoring this sacred obligation, America has given the Negro people a bad check which has come back marked "insufficient funds." But we refuse to believe that the bank of justice is bankrupt. We refuse to believe that there are insufficient funds in the great vaults of opportunity of this nation.&lt;br /&gt;So we have come to cash this check -- a check that will give us upon demand the riches of freedom and the security of justice. We have also come to this hallowed spot to remind America of the fierce urgency of now. This is no time to engage in the luxury of cooling off or to take the tranquilizing drug of gradualism. Now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of racial justice. Now is the time to open the doors of opportunity to all of God's children. Now is the time to lift our nation from the quicksands of racial injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood.&lt;br /&gt;It would be fatal for the nation to overlook the urgency of the moment and to underestimate the determination of the Negro. This sweltering summer of the Negro's legitimate discontent will not pass until there is an invigorating autumn of freedom and equality. Nineteen sixty-three is not an end, but a beginning. Those who hope that the Negro needed to blow off steam and will now be content will have a rude awakening if the nation returns to business as usual. There will be neither rest nor tranquility in America until the Negro is granted his citizenship rights.&lt;br /&gt;The whirlwinds of revolt will continue to shake the foundations of our nation until the bright day of justice emerges. But there is something that I must say to my people who stand on the warm threshold which leads into the palace of justice. In the process of gaining our rightful place we must not be guilty of wrongful deeds. Let us not seek to satisfy our thirst for freedom by drinking from the cup of bitterness and hatred.&lt;br /&gt;We must forever conduct our struggle on the high plane of dignity and discipline. we must not allow our creative protest to degenerate into physical violence. Again and again we must rise to the majestic heights of meeting physical force with soul force.&lt;br /&gt;The marvelous new militancy which has engulfed the Negro community must not lead us to distrust of all white people, for many of our white brothers, as evidenced by their presence here today, have come to realize that their destiny is tied up with our destiny and their freedom is inextricably bound to our freedom.&lt;br /&gt;We cannot walk alone. And as we walk, we must make the pledge that we shall march ahead. We cannot turn back. There are those who are asking the devotees of civil rights, "When will you be satisfied?" we can never be satisfied as long as our bodies, heavy with the fatigue of travel, cannot gain lodging in the motels of the highways and the hotels of the cities. We cannot be satisfied as long as the Negro's basic mobility is from a smaller ghetto to a larger one. We can never be satisfied as long as a Negro in Mississippi cannot vote and a Negro in New York believes he has nothing for which to vote. No, no, we are not satisfied, and we will not be satisfied until justice rolls down like waters and righteousness like a mighty stream.&lt;br /&gt;I am not unmindful that some of you have come here out of great trials and tribulations. Some of you have come fresh from narrow cells. Some of you have come from areas where your quest for freedom left you battered by the storms of persecution and staggered by the winds of police brutality. You have been the veterans of creative suffering. Continue to work with the faith that unearned suffering is redemptive.&lt;br /&gt;Go back to Mississippi, go back to Alabama, go back to Georgia, go back to Louisiana, go back to the slums and ghettos of our northern cities, knowing that somehow this situation can and will be changed. Let us not wallow in the valley of despair. I say to you today, my friends, that in spite of the difficulties and frustrations of the moment, I still have a dream. It is a dream deeply rooted in the American dream.&lt;br /&gt;I have a dream that one day this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed: "We hold these truths to be self-evident: that all men are created equal." I have a dream that one day on the red hills of Georgia the sons of former slaves and the sons of former slaveowners will be able to sit down together at a table of brotherhood. I have a dream that one day even the state of Mississippi, a desert state, sweltering with the heat of injustice and oppression, will be transformed into an oasis of freedom and justice. I have a dream that my four children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character. I have a dream today.&lt;br /&gt;I have a dream that one day the state of Alabama, whose governor's lips are presently dripping with the words of interposition and nullification, will be transformed into a situation where little black boys and black girls will be able to join hands with little white boys and white girls and walk together as sisters and brothers. I have a dream today. I have a dream that one day every valley shall be exalted, every hill and mountain shall be made low, the rough places will be made plain, and the crooked places will be made straight, and the glory of the Lord shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together. This is our hope. This is the faith with which I return to the South. With this faith we will be able to hew out of the mountain of despair a stone of hope. With this faith we will be able to transform the jangling discords of our nation into a beautiful symphony of brotherhood. With this faith we will be able to work together, to pray together, to struggle together, to go to jail together, to stand up for freedom together, knowing that we will be free one day.&lt;br /&gt;This will be the day when all of God's children will be able to sing with a new meaning, "My country, 'tis of thee, sweet land of liberty, of thee I sing. Land where my fathers died, land of the pilgrim's pride, from every mountainside, let freedom ring." And if America is to be a great nation, this must become true. So let freedom ring from the prodigious hilltops of New Hampshire. Let freedom ring from the mighty mountains of New York. Let freedom ring from the heightening Alleghenies of Pennsylvania! Let freedom ring from the snowcapped Rockies of Colorado! Let freedom ring from the curvaceous peaks of California! But not only that; let freedom ring from Stone Mountain of Georgia! Let freedom ring from Lookout Mountain of Tennessee! Let freedom ring from every hill and every molehill of Mississippi. Got to hang out with some friends.. talked with a bunch of people on the phone ( I talked to Laci for about 2-3 hours!!) We talked about hott guys!! The bad things that happen today was that Molly's Boyfriend was cheating on her for some gurl named Laura! Which really made me mad because Molly really likes Brent... Then I was trying to plan a trip to the mall this weekend and everyone but Laci canceld.. so Laci and I are going on Sunday... We believe.. we plan to hang out tommorow.... We love looking at Hott guys in the Magazines! I hope I can post some more soon!! So thats something to look forward to! LOL! Things went well today! My dad left for 4 months so I don't have him on my back.. Things at school went ok! I got a 4 day weekend this weekend and some of my friends and I are planning on going to the mall this weekend! That is something I am super excited about!!! I would love to go shopping with some of my friends!! Even if its just one of my friends that would still be super awesome!! Wonder what I would wear... hmm... very good question LOL! My parents are threatening to kick me out of the house... I really don't want to leave because I need the finacial and a place to stay.. I haven't made up my mind if I want to go to Sheridan yet... I think it would be good in some ways but in other it would really suck. I got an email from my friend Brittane who was telling me not to leave and that she could help me find stuff in Boise.. Well there is alot in Boise so I admire her willingness to help me! I thank her greatly! I was mad today so I did an "invetentory" of my closet.. I found this cute light green jacket which would really go with some dark green or light blue... But, Back to what I was saying about Sheridan.. I am seriously thinking about it because i got till tommorow morning to decide if I want to go... The way I see it is.. if I HAVE to take gym in Kuna High School this year if they take away my free periode then I will leave if not I will stay.. Deal? LOL! I really like Sheridan and love my friends as much as i love them here in Kuna but it would be tough to leave something that i have already started... Seriously.. Today my dad burned alot of my stuff because it simply was "too queer" for me.. I love my stuff and don't give a crap about what he thinks is "queer" or not.. because I am proud to be queer... He burnt my favorite scarf that was red... I loved that scarf.. he told me it made me look like a clown.. I don't think so a clown dresses in white face paint and wears silly hats and s**t not a red fuzzy scarf and a pink T-shirt.. OMG! I also have been so depressed over not having a boyfriend.. I guess its getting to the extreme with me.. I better just cut it out LOL! I'll find somebody.. Hopefully.. I got to go on Monday to some councelours office to "straighten" out my schedual.. or I could go in there on Monday and get my withdraw papers and get the &amp;%&amp;amp;$ out of this state.. i don't know.. I love my peeps and the mall but I just don't like the area.. I just want to go back to Sheridan but I worry about "what am I going to wear" and how am I going to find some clothing that will be queer enough in the middle of nowhere?? Seriously think about it? The only store they have there are JcPennies, Wal-mart, Maurices... Not a huge selection in my opinion... I can always find a top at Pennies here in Boise but finding some kool flare pants are really hard considering that Sheridan doesn't have many queer guys like here in Boise.. It was depressing.. No David though! Ran into a little homophobia but not much.. I have this huge question in my mind.. Do I really want to move?.. I already told one of my teachers that I am moveing and I would hate to go up to her and say I am not moveing after she exempted me from alot of work... would really be embarrassing.. I just don't want to leave my peeps.. Really don't want to leave them.. Love them (Friends)... At the dance I just stood there because I was so depressed that I didn't want to move.. I just want a nice guy who likes me and wants to be with me.. I seen all these people dancing with there bf/gf and it just made me sad.. I was all alone.. no partner... of course some of my peeps danced with me for a few minutes.. which is awesome but having a Boyfriend is totally diffrent.. I just want someone... ITs hard thing and iteferes with my move.. If I move I might not be meet any gay guys in Sheridan.. Of couse I could meet them but never date them.. here I think I have a little bit more of a chance.. I will have to sleep on these questions..... I just don't know (crys)... The only thing i ever said why were dateing about smokeing was that I was worried that he was smokeing alot... I just so want to **** leave this place.. I love my peeps (molly,rachel,britanne,ect) but I just feel like going back to Sheridan,Wyoming.. I think it would be good  to be with some of my old friends! Hopefully they would accept me still. of course I am talking to my dad about it sense he is leaving for Sheridan soon.. Really hopeing that he says yes.. I will be devestated if he says no...This week is turning out to be horrible.. very horrible.. very very very horrible.. I was yelled at by some lady today for no reason.. and was embarrassed because she read off my survey (which is personal) in front of a class GRR made me mad.. I was able to talk to David alot more today! I am so glad :) I love him so much!!! Well.. The rest of day was as normal.. pretty much boring!!! LOL!! Tommorow's schedual is even MORE boring!! Gosh.. My friend AJ is pissed (not at me.. I think).... Another bad thing that happened to me today was I lost my book.. I found another book.. which COULD be mine but I am not sure.. I gotta really find the book or confirm that the book I found is mine because I can't leave school at the end of the year if it is not the original or I get a fine! Which is something I DO NOT want.. :-( .. But On a lighter note! I am listening to some great music and writeing messages to my friends! I was kinda feeling funny because of the new medication I am on for my allergies! LOL! It was funny I wore a really bright pink T-Shirt with a ton of colorful bracelets... talk about gay pride!!!!.... I also got to see David, my boyfriend, Today!! We did some things after school and talked! I am planning on a good V-day gift for him.. Hopefully he likes it! The Dance I went to was great and David COULD OF COME! I was so happy but it was only like 3 minutes.. he was sore from horseback rideing or something.. so he was kinda tired and things.. I miss him though! I can't wait for tommorow when I am able to talk to him for like 120 minutes!! and we could possibly do something afterschool! I hope everything is going well with him though! I went home early today from school.. I have a bit of a head cold! Ack! I hate colds and sickness!! Its so embarrassing when you have to blow your nose and things LOL! I miss him really bad.. Its been 2 days sence I seen him last.. I was able to talk to my friends and had an awesome time at lunch (i don't eat lunch its just a break period for me) I was able to socialize with more people!! I am meeting so many people!! I ran into a bit of homophobia today though... In my english class some of my peers were makeing fun of gay people! Which really makes me mad because it was directed toward me! Which really made me pissed. They have been calling me names which really hurt! I am so sick and tired of there crap! I have cough/cold&lt;br /&gt;2. I ran into some homophobics today!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;During lunches on "B" days I have no one to sit with because of I take lunch at an off time (Not my choice) so.. I was standing near a door ready for the next class bell.. Some people came up to me and said "hey I am new too from LA!" I said "awesome nice to me you" and then he said something I didn't suspect AT ALL : "so there's this rumor going around that people say you are gay?" I said "yep I am gay" and he said "cool" he walked off and came back a minute later with a friend "The one kid looked at me ackwardly when i said I had a Bf" Then some other people walked up to me and asked me if its true that I am gay.. I said yea.. Everything went fine but I heard words like " OMG another queer" and things like "I dare you to touch him!" then during my science class (luckly I 2 great friends during that period!" and they helped me out when some homophobics started talking about the Mormon Church and me (I am no longer part of the Mormon Church because of my "homosexuality") and then my friend Patty Just turned around and said "get the **** away before i slap you" and it was great because they went right away!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So far though EVERYTHING WENT WELL!! WOO HOO!! American Eagle is a store I have seen but never went in... I have been to many of "Eddies" stores.. I didn't find anything "I" liked.. Many people have diffrent tates.... Well, I have to admit there is LITTLE to choose from.. Espesially if you a smaller boned person! I did my fashion emergency tip for Wal-mart Today!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ok...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-Most Shirts that I seen at Wal-Mart (i usally don't shop here) were Large and above! This really sucks if your small and looking for something to look good! I stuck to inexspesive shirts sence there the only onces that looked good on me and were in Small! I choose a Gold/Yellow $4.97 shirt!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Jeans are a little bit more easier to find at Wal-Mart because they do make smaller Jeans.. Now I was looking for something with a flare at the bottom.. I didn't find any.. So i settled for Straight legged... I looked for there smallest size.. The smallest I found was 29/29... Tried them on.. No cigar! 30/30.. Bing Bing WORKED! They were nice and tight!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-Socks.. just go black if there is black shoes..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-Shoes- Ouch this is a toughy I couldn't find anything stylish.. Go to Payless they might have something good... or try another store..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Well There is my Wal-Mart Fashion Trip! I am going to give it a try tommorow... Hopefully I don't look to hicky...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Wal-Mart though is an awesome store and sell alot of great products! I went to the mall and got new cloths ok heres the bad parts.. At the mall my moms shampoo opened up and some of it got all over her bag (not mine though) and then she was angry for some reason all day.. I got in a fight with my dad (Verbal fight) because he is not a fan of Homosexuals.. Thats about it..&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;Tommorow is the start of week long finals.. BORING! But hey at least I can write notes and talk to my friends.. I'm really hopen (OH PLEASE GOD PLEASE LOL!) I really came out to one of my friends Alley online she was accepting of it and so that came me much confidence.. So i sat home while on Christmas break thinking and thinking makeing sure everything was going to be right... I was planning to come out with a guy named D at my school who is gay/bi. I then thought well his friends seem to be accepting of it and they seem like they won't mind... So, I went to school and many people came up to me saying " I seem Diffrent" I did change I started wearing cloths (just started haven't fully showed my attire yet ) that were more of my personality. They looked at me and go "ok" Not only did i put some eye firmer and some other things on my face to make it look better and I also put on some Cologne on ( I usally just put on Deotarnt) So... 1st period is my first period I told P , a girl about my cousin but couldn't seem to cough up that I am also going through some things (My cousin is gay).. So by the time lunch came around a kid at the table named Travis said "hey andrew wassup?" I said "nothing much" I said I hated alot of intolerance and he goes what do you mean? I told him about my cousin being kicked out of the house for being gay (he is living with me again now though) and so he goes that does suck... I told him that i would probably end up like him.. And he looked at me and said "your gay?" I said well "Bi" and I couldn't seem to cough up that I am mostly gay though and he said "cool" I told him not to tell anyone intill i get more steady footing and other friends approached the table and the conversation ended. So... Math Class came around then it was time to talk to D. I told him i needed help on telling my parents that I am "Bi" and he's like "OMG" and He goes "good for you and good luck" he then wrote me a note... then my friend P asked what is going on ... We didn't want to tell the whole class about it so i just said I am the same as I told you about my cousin earlier and she looked am me and went "aww" "ok" No prob..
